Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time without penalty.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy
- Clients who do not show up for their scheduled service without prior notice will be charged in full and will not receive a refund or credit.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
Packages & Programs
- All packages, programs, and prepaid services are non-refundable once started.
- In certain circumstances, unused sessions may be credited at the discretion of management.
Weather & Instructor Cancellations
- If a session must be canceled due to weather or instructor availability, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
